• Experience in mentoring or training junior staff members preferred.

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise multiple client appointments.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, professional attitude.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our team at Morph hair and beauty in Nedlands on a full-time basis. This is a key position within our salon where you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding hairdressing services to our clientele whilst also supporting and mentoring junior team members. As Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for maintaining our reputation for excellence and helping to drive the success of our salon through your technical expertise, client relationships and leadership.

Key responsibilities

Provide high-quality hairdressing services including cutting, styling, colouring and treatments to clients

What we're looking for
