Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a professional hairdresser with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Current qualification or certification in hairdressing recognised by industry standards.
• Expertise in cutting, colouring, styling and treatments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members.
• Experience in mentoring or training junior staff members preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise multiple client appointments.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hairdressing services including cutting, styling, colouring and treatments to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Mentor and support junior stylists, providing guidance on technique, customer service and professional development
• Stay current with the latest hairdressing trends, techniques and products
• Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, safety and salon presentation
• Contribute to salon operations including stock management, appointment scheduling and client consultations
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and professional working environment
