Job summary

Tenzing is expanding its Melbourne-based Guidewire leadership team. We seek a Senior Guidewire Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership across Guidewire implementation and cloud delivery programmes.

You’ll own solution design, technical decisions and delivery outcomes for multi-stream projects. You'll mentor teams, drive DevOps, automation, and cloud enablement while engaging with client architects and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience leading delivery of complex technology projects or programmes.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Guidewire implementations and cloud delivery.
• Leadership of multiple workstreams, teams and stakeholders with delivery ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Guidewire InsuranceSuite across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter including Cloud services.
• Act as the primary technical authority on Guidewire programmes and guide solution design and risk management.
• Mentor developers and teams, oversee integrations and testing, and drive DevOps and automation improvements.
• Collaborate with client architects, analysts, SMEs and QA to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
