Tenzing is a leading Guidewire consultancy across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking experienced Program Delivery Leads to join our delivery teams across Australia and New Zealand, delivering complex transformation programmes with Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methods.

You will lead cross‑functional delivery teams, manage scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with architecture and cloud standards. Guidewire experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Proven program or senior delivery management experience within complex transformation environments.
• Experience delivering large, multi‑stream programs using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate high‑performing teams across diverse roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end leadership for complex transformation programmes including Guidewire implementations and enhancements.
• Lead delivery of large multi‑stream programmes using Agile, SAFe, and hybrid approaches.
• Own delivery planning, forecasting, and execution across sprints, releases, and milestones.
