Job summary

Eleven, part of Omnicom Oceania, seeks a Senior Business Director to steer strategic direction for key client relationships across PR, social, influencer and experiential programmes. You will be a senior counsel to clients, a creative champion, and a leader who helps teams deliver bold, culturally relevant work.

You’ll grow existing relationships, win new business, and develop a high-performing team while balancing commercial judgement with curiosity and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in an agency or equivalent environment.
• Strong track record in managing key client relationships and growth.
• Experience delivering integrated PR, social, influencer and experiential programmes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for key client relationships and lead delivery across PR, social, influencer and experiential work.
• Grow existing relationships and win new business through propositions and pitches.
• Oversee budgets, profitability, scope changes and resource planning.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Provide senior counsel to clients, guiding decisions and communicating recommendations clearly.
• Monitor client satisfaction, manage expectations and strengthen relationships.
• Coach teams and contribute to recruitment, onboarding and culture initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality, ambitious work that is culturally relevant and impactful.
