Responsibilities

• Define the approach and strategy for your pod (Distribution, Engagement, Monetisation, or First Time Experience).
• Develop understanding of Heidi’s future state and obstacles to reach it.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship quickly and measure rigorously.
• Analyse user behaviour to uncover friction points and opportunities.
• Run experiments to improve signup conversion, retention, feature adoption, and self-serve revenue.
• Evangelise work by sharing customer stories and building dashboards.
