Heidi is seeking a Product Manager to own growth mechanics, prove their value with data, and scale product experiences that convert users into advocates. You will partner with engineering, design, and platform teams to raise quality across surfaces and drive adoption at a 10x scale.

You’ll own the analytics, build dashboards, and collaborate with Marketing on multi-channel initiatives while maintaining a bias for shipping thoughtful, high-polish software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years shipping product; built tangible products.
• Strong analytical skills - data, experimentation, metrics.
• Curiosity about why users behave the way they do and how to influence it ethically.
• Comfort with ambiguity - growth work focuses on outcomes.
• A passion for software and great design that delights users.
• Experience in consumer product craft in B2B contexts.
• Experience building with AI tools and showing results.
• Self-starter who builds rather than requests.
• Data fluency to read dashboards and diagnose issues.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for growth mechanics.
• Identify mechanics to drive the company forward and evangelize them.
• Analyze user behavior to identify friction points in the journey.
• Ship meaningful improvements with engineering and design.
• Focus on microinteractions and design polish.
• Maintain high standards for issue-tracking and design system consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing on distribution initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reports to show what's working and why.
