Carma is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager in Sydney. You will drive growth across acquisition channels, organic search performance, and CRM lifecycle programs while shaping product marketing messaging for buyers and sellers.

You will lead data-driven experiments, collaborate with Product and Marketing teams, and optimize the customer journey to deliver measurable growth and commercial outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in growth or digital marketing, preferably in fast-paced ecommerce or marketplace settings.
• Proven track record identifying, testing and scaling acquisition channels.
• Strong SEO expertise including technical, content, and site architecture.
• Experience building CRM and lifecycle programs with automation and onboarding.
• Data-driven with analytical skills and passion for experimentation.

• Identify, test and scale new acquisition channels for buyers and sellers.
• Develop a structured test-and-learn approach with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Lead organic growth through SEO and AI-driven discovery platforms.
• Own CRM and lifecycle strategies to convert, retain and reactivate leads.
• Collaborate with Product to translate features into customer value and GTM plans.
• Improve onsite conversion and optimize user journeys across the funnel.
