Qualifications

• Experience managing investment plans, project portfolios, infrastructure programs, or complex project schedules.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful business insights.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capability, with experience using planning and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Investment Planning: Develop and maintain short and long-term investment plans across housing and grid optimisation portfolios.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain portfolio budgets and expenditure forecasts.
• Housing & Infrastructure Program Planning: Monitor infrastructure requirements associated with housing growth initiatives.
• Project Pipeline Management: Maintain a forward-looking portfolio of infrastructure projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and produce reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior leaders.
