Job summary

Chandler Macleod in Narre Warren is seeking an experienced Asset Management Planner to support the local council's Asset Planning team on a short-term assignment. This role focuses on asset management planning, data analysis and reporting across council infrastructure assets.

You will collaborate with the asset management framework, lifecycle planning and data accuracy, and respond to enquiries from stakeholders. Victorian local government experience and a relevant qualification are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in Asset Management, Infrastructure Planning or Engineering.
• Understanding of asset management principles and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Council's Asset Management Framework and related planning activities.
• Assist with asset lifecycle planning and condition assessment programs.
• Analyse asset data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain asset registers and improve data accuracy.
• Respond to asset-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with long-term asset and capital planning initiatives.
