Job summary

PLUS ES is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Grid Connections & HV Infrastructure, based in Sydney with a flexible hybrid work model. You will originate and secure opportunities across 11kV-132kV projects, engage key stakeholders and manage end-to-end deal pursuit.

You will leverage an established industry network to shape opportunities, drive revenue and ensure smooth handovers to delivery teams. Applicants must have full Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• Proven business development experience within grid connections and HV infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of DNSP/TNSP interfaces and energisation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and secure opportunities via existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, negotiate and win grid connection projects from 11kV-132kV including bus depot, data centre and other connections.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities across grid connections and HV infrastructure markets.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders through proposal development, pricing, governance and contract execution.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and forecast accuracy through effective CRM management.
• Ensure successful transition from sales to delivery through clear scope definition and handover processes.
