Bed Bath N’ Table is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer in Melbourne to lead the design team and drive creative excellence across multi-channel campaigns, packaging, and digital experiences. You will partner with Marketing, Product and Visual Merchandising to deliver high-impact visuals for digital, print and in-store touchpoints.

Qualifikationen

• Graphic Design qualification or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar senior design role.
• Experience with AI image generation.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Strong digital design capability across web, eDM, social media and online advertising.
• Print production and finished art expertise.
• Packaging design experience from concept through to production.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring design teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
