• Experience providing high-level executive support, governance, or project support with competing priorities management.

• Ability to understand, interpret, and apply legal/technical information including financial policy and employment conditions.
• Adaptability with initiative and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate functions such as recruitment, finance and procurement, knowledge and records management, travel services, drafting briefings and reports.
• Translate divisional priorities into practical work plans and outcomes.
• Maintain records and improve data quality, integrity and reporting to support evidence-based advice and decision making.
• Plan and coordinate change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, transition activities, risk management and progress monitoring.
• Work collaboratively within a geographically dispersed team to manage joint projects and tasks, meeting milestones and deadlines.
