You will lead a Governance Advisory team, drive policy development, and manage statutory reporting while upholding integrity and compliance across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Significant governance experience in a large or complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, legislation, policy interpretation and compliance.

• Strategic Governance Advice - Provide expert governance, legislative and policy advice.
• Leadership & Mentoring - Lead a high‑performing Governance Advisory team.
• Council Meeting Excellence - Oversee agendas, minutes and meeting processes for compliance.
• Policy Development - Drive the review, development and implementation of policies and governance frameworks.
• Statutory Reporting - Coordinate key legislative and statutory reporting obligations.
• Corporate Registers - Oversee governance registers and reporting requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance governance processes and service delivery.
