Qualifications

• Significant governance experience in large/complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, legislation, policy interpretation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Governance Advice - Partner with leaders to provide expert governance and policy advice.
• Leadership & Mentoring - Lead Governance Advisory team to deliver quality outcomes.
• Council Meeting Excellence - Oversee agendas, minutes and meeting processes to ensure compliance.
• Policy Development - Drive review and implementation of policies and governance frameworks.
• Statutory Reporting - Coordinate key legislative reporting obligations.
• Corporate Registers - Oversee governance documentation integrity.
