Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Golang development experience with strong coding skills.
• Familiarity with mainstream Golang frameworks and components.
• Proficiency in multi-threading, concurrent programming, and network IO models.
• Knowledge of databases, tables, indices and distributed systems.
• Experience with Redis and Kafka for real-time, high-concurrency systems.
• Hands-on cloud experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS; Unix systems proficiency.
• Strong API design principles and emphasis on test coverage.
