Netwealth - See Wealth Differently (ASX:NWL) is seeking a General Manager to lead Regulatory Engagement and Dispute Resolution in Sydney. You will shape regulator engagement, oversee litigation strategy, and coordinate cross-functional responses to notices, inquiries and breach reports.

You will partner with senior leaders to ensure timely, accurate responses, manage external counsel, and deliver board-ready updates while maintaining commercial focus.

Qualifications

• Senior Australian financial services experience in regulatory engagement, investigations or enforcement response
• Experience advising Executives/Boards on regulatory matters
• Ability to coordinate complex regulatory responses across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Develop regulatory affairs strategy and engagement plan
• Coordinate regulator interactions including notices and breach reporting
• Oversee group litigation and contentious regulatory matters
• Instruct and manage external counsel with cost oversight
• Provide executive/board reporting on material matters
• Capture lessons learned and drive operating improvements
• Influence across business and specialist functions
