Netwealth - See Wealth Differently (ASX:NWL) in Melbourne is seeking a Distribution Governance Analyst to strengthen adviser fee governance, monitor risks, and drive continuous improvement across data and controls. You will work closely with a broad set of partners to protect advisers and clients within a leading Australian wealth platform.

• Experience in governance, risk, compliance, audit or assurance within financial services.
• Exposure to adviser monitoring, fee governance, consent reviews or remediation.
• Strong analytical capability with large datasets and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Australian financial services regulatory obligations relating to adviser fees, client records or incident management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present findings clearly.
• Curious mindset and drive for continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Review adviser fee arrangements and conduct risk-based testing to ensure fees, consents and ongoing service arrangements are accurate and compliant.
• Analyse and reconcile data across multiple systems to uncover anomalies, trends and control gaps.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and partner with stakeholders to drive remediation.
• Prepare meaningful reporting and insights for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Support policy, process and control improvements to strengthen adviser fee governance.
• Contribute to testing and change initiatives as systems evolve to maintain effective controls.
• Build relationships across Distribution, Product, Investment Operations, Technology, Risk & Compliance and other areas.
