Job summary

BAINA is seeking a senior leader to oversee production and logistics across global operations, partnering with international manufacturing and logistics teams to bring collections to market—from product development through delivery.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own end-to-end production, manage supplier relationships, coordinate global freight, ensure compliance (GOTS/Apothecary), and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in production, supply chain and logistics management.
• Experience in multi-market or international business.
• Experience with design-led fashion, beauty, home or lifestyle brands.
• Strong vendor and supplier management across multiple markets.
• Excellent critical path management and ability to juggle multiple timelines.
• Ability to implement structure and efficiency in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production process from development through delivery readiness.
• Lead placement and management of purchase orders across SKUs, quantities, costs and timelines.
• Develop and maintain production critical paths and manage supplier risks.
• Build relationships with manufacturing partners and onboard new suppliers.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, MOQs and terms to support gross margins.
• Maintain product, supplier and production documentation in internal systems.
• Oversee product testing, certification and compliance (GOTS and Apothecary).
• Own global logistics across markets, coordinating sea and air freight to distribution centres.
• Manage freight forwarder and 3PL relationships to meet service levels and costs.
• Oversee warehousing and fulfilment operations and training where required.
