Job summary

Endurance Mining seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineer for Abra Mine Site in WA. You will lead the safe expansion of underground infrastructure, applying rock mechanics and geotechnical expertise to ensure stability, compliance, and high performance.

The role requires 5+ years in underground geotechnical engineering, proficiency with long-hole stoping and cemented paste, and familiarity with WA Mining Act and related regulations. FIFO/7/7 roster applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level geotechnical degree with aGeotechnical specialization.
• 5+ years in underground geotechnical engineering within mining.
• Experience with long hole open stoping and cemented paste.

Responsibilities

• Provide geotechnical support for underground operations and design reviews.
• Lead ground control reviews and sign-off for extraction plans.
• Collaborate with external consultants and internal teams to improve safety and performance.
