Job summary

The role focuses on financial modelling, fund analysis, and investor reporting, with responsibilities including forecasting cash flows, evaluating acquisitions, and contributing to portfolio growth in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, real estate, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3-6+ years’ relevant experience across funds management, real estate, investment banking, advisory, or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability, with advanced Excel skills and experience in real estate forecasting tools.
• Experience with investor reporting and presentations (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of fund financial models, ensuring accurate forecasting of cash flows, capital requirements, and investment performance.
• Deliver detailed financial analysis and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making and optimise fund outcomes.
• Support the preparation of annual business plans, quarterly valuation and reporting, and investor deliverables.
• Partner with the Development, Funds Management and Asset Management teams to evaluate acquisitions, developments, leasing, and divestments.
• Contribute to the development of fund and asset-level investment strategies and key initiatives.
• Undertake market research and analyse relevant economic and real estate data to inform investment decisions.
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, including with investors and service providers.
