IQ-EQ Australia seeks a Senior Fund Accountant for our Real Estate & Infrastructure team. You will manage day‑to‑day fund accounting, NAV calculations and financial reporting for a portfolio of real estate funds, ensuring timely, accurate information for clients and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with auditors, tax advisers and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and high‑quality outcomes across complex investment structures. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in fund accounting, investment operations, or related financial role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Income Tax, GST, and tax requirements for non‑resident investors.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance with a professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA).

Responsabilités

• Review and maintain accounting records, NAV calculations, and investment transactions for real estate funds.
• Oversee fund operations: capital calls, accruals, invoices, payments, investor reporting and timelines.
• Prepare and review financial statements, perform variances, support year-end audits and regulatory filings.
