Job summary

Talent Corp in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable digital solutions. You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership on AI-enabled projects, collaborating with engineers, architects, product owners and business stakeholders to define technical direction and improve engineering practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading full-stack engineering teams or technical delivery streams.
Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying applications on AWS.
Experience mentoring developers and improving engineering capability.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and delivery of full-stack applications.
Develop scalable front-end solutions using React and TypeScript.
Build robust APIs and back-end services using Node.js.
Design and deliver secure, scalable solutions within AWS.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code-review support.
Establish development standards and promote clean, maintainable code.
Make architectural decisions covering performance, security, integration and scalability.
Contribute to AI projects involving generative AI, large language models and intelligent automation.
Support CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code and cloud deployment practices.
Work with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
