Talent International in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to steer design and delivery of modern cloud-native solutions, with hands-on development in React/TypeScript, Node.js and AWS.

You will mentor teams, establish coding standards, and partner with product and design to translate business needs into scalable architectures, including AI-enabled projects.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, React and Node.js.
• Experience leading full-stack teams or delivery streams.
• Proven AWS experience including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable digital solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative AI-enabled projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, product owners and business stakeholders to define technical direction, improve engineering practices and deliver high-quality, cloud-native applications.

• Lead the technical design and delivery of full-stack applications.

• Experience with relevant AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS and SNS.
• Strong understanding of serverless architecture, APIs, microservices and integration patterns.
• Experience with AWS security, IAM, monitoring and cloud-native development practices.
• Knowledge of automated testing, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience mentoring developers and improving engineering capability.
• Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs or machine-learning-enabled products.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership responsibilities.
