Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in digital product teams.
• Proficient with React or similar front-end frameworks and Node.js back-end tech.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS and modern styling approaches.
• Experience with Next.js or Vite and modern build tools.
• Familiar with Jest, Cypress and CI/CD practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high-quality, production-ready software across the full stack.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and product teams to build customer-centric digital experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable code with focus on performance, reliability and security.
• Contribute to application architecture and promote best practices in software engineering.
• Participate in Agile delivery and support a SecDevOps culture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications.
• Support continuous improvement through evaluating new tools and technologies.
• Mentor team members and contribute to engineering culture.
• Contribute to technical discussions and roadmap planning.
