Job summary

Harrison McMillan Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to develop and enhance modern digital services and cloud-native business applications. This long-term contract runs to 30 June 2027 with extension options and sits in Canberra, ACT.

The role requires hybrid work with three days in the office and two days remote, and a Baseline security clearance is required to proceed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering full stack solutions using D365, Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience building ReactJS SPAs and RESTful APIs with .NET.
• Strong collaborative, analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes with security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions with Microsoft D365, Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET.
• Extend Dataverse via Azure Function Apps.
• Develop ReactJS SPAs and integrate with APIs.
• Participate in requirements analysis, story estimation and Agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to automated build, test and deployment processes.
• Engage in code reviews within a multidisciplinary delivery team.

Harrison McMillan is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to develop and enhance modern digital services and cloud-native business applications.

This is a long-term contract to 30 June 2027 with extension options and is based in Canberra, ACT. Hybrid working arrangements apply, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.

Due to the nature of this role, a Baseline security clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using Microsoft D365, Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET.
• Extend Dataverse solutions through Azure Function Apps.
• Develop single-page applications using ReactJS.
• Participate in requirements analysis, user story estimation and Agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to automated build, test and deployment processes.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate within a multidisciplinary delivery team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering full stack solutions across Microsoft D365, Power Apps and Dataverse environments.
• Experience building ReactJS single-page applications.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• GraphQL experience.
• Experience with other Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Tertiary qualifications in software development, engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant industry certifications.
• Baseline security clearance is required.
