Job summary

Trilogy Care Pty Ltd is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop and support modern web and mobile apps in a high-performing digital team. You’ll deliver fast, accessible features and mentor mid-level developers across frontend architecture, DevOps and cloud delivery.

You will collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend developers and QA to ship production-ready features with security and WCAG compliance in mind.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in Vue, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Next.js.
• Experience with backend/serverless tech: .NET, Node.js, PHP (Laravel).
• Strong experience with React Native, Expo and mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Solid understanding of REST API integration.
• Familiar with Git workflows and Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility practices and WCAG standards.
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders and tech teams.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of modern testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress, Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing components using Vue, React, TypeScript and Next.js.
• Deliver cross-platform mobile features using React Native/Expo.
• Integrate frontend with secure API endpoints.
• Translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute frontend patterns.
• Write reusable code, unit tests, and documentation.
• Optimize accessibility, performance and security compliance.
• Collaborate with UX and design to refine interactions and meet WCAG.
• Support test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct pull request reviews and mentor team members.
