Job summary

Marigold is seeking Senior Full Stack Engineers to join autonomous, cross-functional product teams delivering rock-solid customer experiences across Emma, Campaign Monitor, and Vuture. You’ll collaborate with UX designers, PMs, and engineers to scale systems for rapid growth and participate in on-call rotations.

The role focuses on C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Java; frontend migration from Backbone.js to React, ReactJS/Node.js; and AWS infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• BA/BS in CS or related field (or 3+ years extra exp in lieu).
• Fluency in at least two languages (C#, Java, JS/TS).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
• Familiarity with storage engines (SQL, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, RDS).
• Data-driven decision making and instrumentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape architecture decisions and mentor teammates.
• Review code to raise quality and maintainability.
• Own problems end-to-end including scoping and trade-offs.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support production systems.
