Job summary

Campaign Monitor is seeking Senior Full Stack Engineers to join autonomous, multi-disciplinary product teams, collaborating with UX designers, Product Managers and fellow engineers to deliver rock-solid customer experiences and scale our systems for growth. The role spans C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL and Java, with migration work from Backbone.js toward React.

You will shape architecture decisions, mentor peers, and take ownership of problems end to end—from scoping and tradeoffs to long‑term

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a software developer.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in at least two languages (C#, Java, JS/TS).
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools and their appropriate use.
• Experience with diverse storage engines and data instrumentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape architecture decisions and maintainability across systems.
• Mentor teammates, perform code reviews and uphold quality.
• Own problems end to end, including scoping and tradeoffs.
• Participate in on-call rotations and reliable delivery.
