Job summary

DEWC Services in Australia is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Software Engineering team. You will contribute to the development of cutting-edge Defence capabilities and deliver mission-critical C4ISREW solutions to Defence customers.

You will provide technical leadership across the full software lifecycle, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and advance innovation through IRAD initiatives while aligning with contractual obligations and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Proficient in Python and Java Spring Boot, with Docker and modern JS frameworks.
• Experience designing microservices and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to deliver C4ISREW solutions for Defence clients.
• Design, develop, and support scalable full-stack software using modern technologies.
• Lead architecture discussions, code reviews and ensure high quality software outcomes.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project delivery across multiple teams.
