Job summary

Trace is seeking a mid-to-senior full‑stack engineer in Sydney, offering a hybrid setup. You’ll work on a Compliance Hub with AI agents, using .NET 9, Angular, and Postgres, across frontend, backend, and data layers.

You’ll own features end-to-end, shape the product alongside founders, and contribute to scalable, audit-ready climate disclosures. The role reports to the Engineering Lead with stock options and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong full-stack capabilities across frontend and backend.
• Experience with modern cloud-native stacks and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ship features across the Compliance Hub stack from data ingestion to client workflows.
• Own a module end-to-end and drive production deployments without detailed specs.
• Lead and review both human- and agent-written code, setting standards.
• Build internal tooling, prompts, and tests to accelerate the team.
• Collaborate with consultants and clients to align product standards.
