Job summary

NDIA is seeking an EL1 Fullstack Engineer (Labour Hire) to design, build, deploy, and support the Agency’s systems and integrations. The role collaborates with key stakeholders and a local full-stack team to deliver complex projects within the NDIA project teams.

The position requires agile leadership, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality code and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting the Agency's systems, applications, and integrations.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and manage complex projects.
• Experience leading agile project teams and conducting code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support the Agency's systems, applications, and integrations.
• Prioritise and manage the work queue to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Ensure solutions adhere to NDIA architectural principles and are well documented.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Lead project teams within an agile development framework.
• Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, set priorities, and deliver results.
• Actively participate in code reviews to ensure coding quality and standards.
