Job summary

NDIA is seeking an EL1 Full Stack Engineer (Labour Hire) to contribute at senior levels. You will design, build, deploy and support agency systems and integrations, working with the local full-stack team to deliver complex outcomes.

You will engage stakeholders, prioritise work, lead agile project teams, and participate in code reviews to uphold quality and value-for-money. This role requires independent problem solving and strategic input across NDIA projects.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, deploying, and supporting the Agency's systems, applications, and integrations.
• Prioritise and managing the work queue to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Ensuring that all solutions adhere to integration best practices and NDIA architectural principles and are well documented.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Playing a key leadership role in project teams, utilising an agile development framework.
• Engaging with stakeholders to define project requirements, set priorities, and deliver results.
• Actively participate in code reviews - both as the reviewer and the reviewee to ensure coding quality and standards are maintained.
• Ensuring that solutions are pragmatic, value for money, and deliver on their intended purpose.
