Job summary

Hudson AU is seeking Senior Full Stack Developers to join a modern cloud development team in Brisbane. You will design, develop, test and support cloud-native applications across front-end and back-end, APIs and data solutions.

You'll work with React, TypeScript, AWS services and microservices, building robust RESTful interfaces, IaC with AWS CDK, and contribute to CI/CD and observability. This is a 12-month initial contract with multiple vacancies.

Qualifications

• Experience with React, TypeScript and modern JavaScript.

Senior Full Stack Developer - 12 Month Initial Contract with 5 Vacancies

We are seeking experienced Senior Full Stack Developers to join a modern cloud development team working across front-end, back-end, integration and cloud infrastructure.

There are five positions available on an initial 12-month contract, offering the opportunity to work as part of a broader technical team delivering modern, cloud-native applications.

The Role

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and supporting cloud-native applications, working across the full technology stack and closely with technical leads, architects and delivery teams.

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and support cloud-native backend services and microservices.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using OpenAPI and contract-first development.
• Build synchronous and asynchronous integrations using API and event-driven patterns.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK.
• Design and implement scalable relational and NoSQL data solutions.
• Build secure, resilient and maintainable AWS-based solutions.
• Implement validation, exception handling, audit logging, monitoring and observability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security and quality assurance.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and delivery stakeholders.
