Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for a fixed-term role in Australia, with flexibility for Melbourne or Canberra. You will lead full stack development across Azure, API integration, and data engineering, while setting development standards and serving as the quality gate for contractor work.

You will mentor teams, review designs, and drive AI-assisted coding practices in a government-facing project. Eligibility for Australian Baseline Security Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience in enterprise or government-grade apps.
• 2+ years in Azure cloud environments with DevOps/CI‑CD experience.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading teams, including AI IDE usage.
• Experience on programs with third-party contractor delivery models.
• Experience on Australian government projects or security-cleared environments is desirable.
• Tertiary qualification in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontend and backend solutions across Azure, Power Platform, API integration and data engineering.
• Act as the primary JLL PDS technical quality gate for full stack development.
• Review and approve code, architecture decisions, and designs from contractors.
• Review Python and .NET Function Apps for ingestion, malware scan, and transformation pipelines.
• Define and maintain full stack development standards including CI/CD, security, APIs and docs.
• Identify risks, design deficiencies, and security gaps in contractor code.
• Provide structured peer reviews using AI IDE-assisted development.
• Mentor internal developers and run technical learning sessions.
• Review and build write/read API integrations per Client Integration Bus spec.
• Develop Power Pages portals with file upload, validation reports, and admin/workflow features.
• Configure Bicep/Terraform templates, private endpoints, Managed Identity, RBAC, Key Vault, and Monitor alerts.
• Configure Dataverse structures, row-level security, and BU hierarchy.
• Foster a culture of rigorous, AI-assisted development.
