Job summary

NCS Australia looks for a Senior Integration Engineer to design, build and manage modern integration solutions across cloud platforms. You’ll own API-led design, REST/Security, and oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable delivery.

Join a collaborative team in Melbourne, contribute to healthcare/regulatory related projects, and work with Azure services like Functions, Event Hub, APIM, and HL7/FHIR exposure. Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of API architecture and integration patterns.
Hands-on experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
Experience with Azure Integration Services and cloud-native development.
Solid knowledge of API security, authentication, and authorization frameworks.
Experience with Azure API Management, API development, deployment, and support.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
Exposure to FHIR and HL7 standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable API-led integration solutions.
Build and support integrations using Azure Native Services such as Azure Functions and Azure Event Hub.
Develop and manage REST APIs, with exposure to FHIR/HL7 APIs.
Implement secure API authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Configure and manage Azure API Management (APIM).
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality integration outcomes.
