Job summary

Resly is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to help shape how we build and scale our hospitality software. You will own complex problems, design scalable solutions across the stack, and deliver high-quality features that impact our product direction.

You’ll mentor peers, raise engineering standards, and contribute to architectural decisions while collaborating closely with product and design to ship value quickly. This is a remote role across AUS/NZ and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, maintainable systems in production.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and React with modern engineering practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver high-quality, scalable features across the stack.
• Take ownership of complex technical problems and drive them to resolution.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and improve system design.
• Collaborate with product and design to shape solutions, not just implement them.
