Job summary

Attain Healthtech is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to build polished, accessible interfaces using Angular and contribute to our Design System and Component Library. You will drive accessibility standards across the platform and mentor junior teammates while solving complex frontend challenges.

You’ll own frontend architecture, collaborate with Designers and Stakeholders, and ensure code quality through testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of frontend development experience with Angular.
• Solid experience with Design Systems and Component Libraries.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and assistive tech support.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript; able to translate design specs into robust UI.
• Able to write clear technical documentation and communicate complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to craft frontend solutions.
• Own frontend architecture and ensure accessible, robust applications.
• Lead design and deployment of Angular frontend to production.
• Build and maintain reusable components in the Design System/Component Library.
• Ensure all user-facing features meet WCAG standards.
• Provide mentorship and contribute to architectural decisions.
