Wolf & Williams is partnering with a leading Australian-owned construction and development business to recruit a Head of Legal - Construction (front-end) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience. This role sits in a national in-house team supporting major projects and requires strategic, commercial legal expertise across front-end construction.

10+ years' post-qualification experience in front-end construction and projects.
Experience advising on major construction contracts and project delivery models.
Commercially minded with pragmatic, risk-based advice.

Responsabilidades

Review, draft and negotiate major construction contracts (D&C, GC21, ECI, and other delivery agreements).
Advise bid and tender teams on contractual risk allocation and commercial strategy.
Provide guidance on delays, extensions of time, variations, termination rights, security arrangements, retention regimes, scope and pricing issues.
Support contract negotiations with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice to project, operational and corporate stakeholders.
