The role sits in the Fraud Operations Team within Financial Crime, with a customer-obsessed culture and strong emphasis on data analysis, reporting, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration to reduce losses while preserving customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in fraud, scams, financial crime, intelligence, investigations, risk or a related analytical role.
• Proven exposure and interest in database analysis, reporting and application programming (PowerBI, SQL, Splunk, Python, SAS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor complex insights for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse enterprise, industry and external data to identify customer, entity and network risk.
• Drive improvements in fraud detection and prevention to reduce losses and improve customer experience.
• Translate intelligence into prevention, detection and disruption actions in collaboration with operations, risk and technology.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and health & safety legislation.
