Job summary

Tobin McClintock is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive FP&A, M&A and automation initiatives in Sydney. You will own budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting, partnering with the CFO and leadership to provide decision-ready insights.

In a high-growth professional services environment, you will build integrated three-statement models, automate reporting, and analyse acquisitions with valuation, funding and return scenarios, while shaping planning processes and finance transformation.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with strong FP&A and management accounting experience.
• Advanced financial modelling including three-statement models.
• Tech-savvy with Excel, BI/planning tools and AI-enabled finance interest.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and monthly reporting with insights.
• Build integrated three-statement models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead redesign/automation of finance production using BI and AI tools.
• Provide commercial analysis for acquisitions: valuation, funding and returns.
• Standardise finance inputs for deal processes from DD to post-investment review.
• Collaborate with CFO, leaders and advisers as a trusted analytical voice.
