Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field.
• Several years’ experience in FP&A or analytical finance within a large international organisation.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and Excel with ERP experience (SAP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to present to non-financial audiences.
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Delivering financial analysis, forecasting and business performance reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partnering with stakeholders to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions and identify value opportunities.
• Supporting budgeting and long-range planning to align with business priorities.
• Preparing and presenting financial insights to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
• Driving continuous improvement of financial processes, tools and reporting for accuracy and efficiency.
• Contributing to ad hoc financial projects and investment case evaluations as needed.
