Job summary
The BUSY Group on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to lead modelling, budgeting and forecasting across the organisation. You will partner with operational leaders and executives to deliver insights that guide strategic decisions and performance management.
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will own advanced financial modelling, scenario planning and tender analysis, while driving improvements in management reporting and data governance across finance
Qualifications
- 5+ years' FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting experience.
- Strong modelling, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
- Experience turning complex data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate budgets, forecasts and scenario planning across multiple business areas.
- Provide actionable insights on financial and operational performance to stakeholders.
- Support tender submissions through pricing, budgeting and commercial analysis.
- Drive improvements in reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
