Job summary

Telstra Health is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to lead monthly performance reporting, budgets and forecasts across regions. You will build financial models, support investments and drive commercial decisions in collaboration with senior leaders.

Your role focuses on delivering insights, improving processes and enabling finance transformation at pace. You’ll partner with executives to translate numbers into strategy, support planning cycles, and uplift financial capability across the

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and experience with planning/reporting tools.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Dynamics 365 or Power BI is highly regarded.
• CA or CPA qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly financial reporting, performance insights and analysis across business units and regions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities to support performance and priorities.
• Develop financial models, business cases and commercial analysis for investments and operations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial advice and communicate financial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, systems, automation and process optimisation.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and build financial capability across the business.
