Job summary

AXR Recruitment & Search seeks a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling for a group. You will provide commercial insight to senior stakeholders and ELT, partnering with operations to drive KPI-aligned results.

The role requires a CPA/CA and 5+ years FP&A exposure, with strong BI/Oracle experience. A growth mindset and leadership potential to mentor a direct report are essential.

Qualifications

• You will lead budgeting and forecasting for the group and provide commercial insights to senior stakeholders.
• You will develop and maintain financial models and partner with operational teams on KPI-driven insights.
• CPA or CA qualification is required; 5+ years FP&A exposure; BI systems experience is essential (Oracle preferred).
• A growth mindset, dynamic and proactive attitude, with a drive to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Leading budgeting and forecast for the group
