Job summary

Journey Beyond's Resorts & Lodges division is seeking a strategically minded FP&A professional to partner with finance and operational leaders. You will shape budgets, forecasts and long-range plans, and translate data into insights to drive growth across a diverse portfolio.

You'll develop models, scenarios and business cases to support decisions, analyse performance for risks and opportunities, and deliver reporting that improves forecast accuracy and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis or business partnering.
• Background in Big 4 or mid-tier accounting or in-house FP&A environment.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the business.
• A degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline, with CA or CPA qualification (or working towards completion) highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities across the division.
• Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to move beyond producing numbers and become a trusted business partner to finance and operational leaders across our Resorts & Lodges portfolio.

You'll help shape budgets and forecasts, provide commercial insight into business performance, build financial models that support key decisions, and identify opportunities that drive growth and profitability across the division.
