Job summary

Gate Gourmet, a Gate Group company, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for the Oceania Finance team, based in Mascot, Sydney. You will deliver financial planning, reporting and insights across multiple business units and partner with operations and regional stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in FP&A or commercial finance, with advanced Excel and Power Query skills, and a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA). The role offers flexibility and a dynamic, global business environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-qualification FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Month-end reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Consolidation of results and variance analysis.
• Scenario and sensitivity analysis to support decisions.
• Revenue, COGS, and contribution margin management.
• Inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

We are now seeking aSenior FP&A Analystto join ourOceania Finance team based at Mascot. This roleis responsible fordelivering financial planning, reporting, and insights across multiple business units.You'llreport to theHead of FP&A, Oceaniaand work closely with operations, commercial teams, and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-end reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Consolidation of financial results and variance analysis.
• Scenario and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making.
• Revenue, COGS, and contribution margin management.
• Inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
• Support with customer profitability reporting and pricing analysis.
• Process improvement and governance across FP&A activities.

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years post-qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Advanced Excel and financialmodellingskills are non-negotiable, with Power Query experience highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at pace and juggle multiple priorities.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent).
