Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of software/analytics engineering experience with production-quality delivery.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Embed with researchers, portfolio managers, and traders to understand workflows and prioritize opportunities.
• Architect, build, and validate AI-enabled applications and automated workflows.
• Set technical direction, review code, and ensure quality across regions.
