Job summary

Richard Stone is seeking an experienced General Foreman to join the site team on a significant commercial project in Queensland. You will oversee all scope of work from structures to finishes, coordinating subcontractors on site and ensuring safety and construction quality standards are met.

You will bring proven supervisory experience with multi-storey commercial construction; a trade background and QBCC Site Supervisor Licence would be highly regarded.

• Proven supervisory experience with multi-storey commercial construction.
• Experience leading on commercial construction projects.
• Trade background in construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all scope of work from structures to finishes.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors on site.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to required safety and construction standards.
• Maintain a safe, organised and productive site.
• Progress into oversight of finishes and external works as the project moves through its stages.
