Job summary

Total Construction Pty is seeking a Site Supervisor/Foreman in Brisbane. You will oversee trades on site, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate activities to align with the construction program.

You’ll lead and coach staff to achieve project goals, while maintaining strong communication with the Site Manager and consultants. The role requires a trade or tertiary qualification in Building/Construction or Engineering, at least 5 years in a similar role, and proven leadership and

Qualifications

• Trade or tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• High level ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Well-developed planning skills including industry knowledge.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of the work of construction trades and ability to assess quality of workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all trades on site.
• Ensure site safety and monitor procedures.
• Monitor progress against construction program and coordinate trades.
• Coach and lead staff to achieve project and personal goals.
• Oversee quality of trade works to meet standards.
• Schedule and coordinate site staff with priority issues.
• Issue site instructions to contractors and consultants.
• Report to the Site Manager on current and potential issues.
